Timely Matters, Inc. strives to provide a safe and secure shopping environment. Your

We accept payment via PayPal. Use your PayPal account, or use your credit card (VISA,

Shipping Policy
All shipments must have a street address within the United States. We normally do not
deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO. We ship via UPS and USPS and offer Ground (which
can take up to four business days depending on your location) and 3-Day Select. You will
receive shipping notification along with a tracking number to track the progress of your
order. If you require alternate shipping arrangements, please contact us at

Return Policy
We will accept returns for any reason within 30 days of your original receipt of the item.
Please fill out and submit the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form below, and we will
arrange for your refund and the return shipment of your order. If you received a product
that is defective and would like to exchange for a new product, please enter "Exchange
for Defect" in the Reason for Return, and we will reply with procedures on how to receive
a replacement product.
